RUSH: REWIND

We’ve built a time machine, lined the interior with disco balls, and stocked the bar with enough liquid courage to make you forget what year it actually is.To kick off Pride Month, RUSH is proud to host the Official Warmup Party for Johannesburg Pride—taking you on a high-velocity sprint through the greatest, queerest, and most unapologetic eras of nightlife culture. We’re rolling all the way back: from neon-soaked 80s synth-pop and dusty 90s warehouse grooves to the golden age of EDM and the trashiest 2010s radio anthems. If a track didn't absolute dominate a dancefloor or cause a cultural revolution, it’s not getting through the door. Pull out your finest throwback fits, stretch your hamstrings, and get ready for a night of pure, unadulterated sonic nostalgia to set the tone for Pride.
