Glitter is an event discovery platform for the LGBTQIA+ community. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Many events listed on Glitter are 18+ events — always check the event's own age policy before attending.
We do our best to keep event listings accurate, but dates, times, venues, lineups, and ticket availability can change at any time. Always verify details with the official event source before travelling or purchasing tickets. Glitter is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate event information.
By submitting an event you confirm that you have the right to do so — either as the organiser or with their permission. Submissions must be for genuine queer events and must not contain false, misleading, or harmful information.
We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@glitter.zone.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for spam, or are used in ways harmful to the community.
Glitter is a queer-first space. Racism, transphobia, homophobia, misogyny, and other forms of discrimination are not tolerated. This applies to submitted content, submission notes, and any other interactions with our platform.
Event images, descriptions, and other content may be owned by the event organisers or third parties. We display this content to promote events. If you own content listed here and want it removed, contact us at hello@glitter.zone.
The Glitter listings themselves — the selection, verification and arrangement of events, venues and organisers across cities — are compiled and maintained by us at substantial effort and are protected as a database. You may not use automated tools to extract, copy or harvest a substantial part of the listings, nor re-publish or redistribute them (in whole or in part) as a competing directory, feed or dataset, without our written permission. Search engines and AI assistants indexing Glitter so people can find events, and individuals browsing or saving events for their own use, are always welcome; automated access should respect our robots rules and reasonable request rates. If you would like to use Glitter data in your own product, write to us — we are open to licensing and to an official feed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Glitter after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
